For 3500 points I received a $5.00 gift certificate. At that rate a point is one-seventh of a cent. Of course the fact you get 4 points for each dollar spent makes each point worth four sevenths or slightly more than half a cent. They have almost no travel benefits either. If this card had an annual fee, I would have dumped it long ago.
