Only realistic options involving CX are via JFK or LHR (the flight via DOH is QR on both legs). If flying J, I would choose CX/BA (via LHR) and if flying F I would choose CX/AA (via JFK). If flying Y I would choose based on whichever schedule suited me better
If you don't care about flying CX then QR PVG-DOH-GRU is by far the best option!
