I booked a car at Milan Linate Airport for 3 days with acceptable booking fee charge $216.06.
I returned the car 3 days later at 6:30 AM with key drop off option since office opens at 7:30 AM (?).

Later this day my Amex was charged $327 as itemized charges listed

Damage Charge EUR 124.00
Damage Admin Fee EUR 50.00

There was absolutely no scratches on the car and luckily I made 6 pictures on the car at Hertz parking spot

Almost no help from Hertz US Customer service - clerk gave me Italian e-mail address to file a claim.

I sent an e-mail with the pictures waiting on reply. I have a bad feeling for a total rip off.
