UMI SHOES “2014 San Diego Zoo” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are (i) permanent legal residents of the 48 continental United States or the District of Columbia and (ii) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”).

How To Enter: During the Entry Period, Participant is invited to go to the Sweepstakes website at www.umishoes.com/sdzoo (the "Sweepstakes Site") and follow the prompts to complete and submit the entry form online, which will require Participant to enter their legal first and last name, complete address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address.

- Once complete, Participant must click on the “Enter” button to submit your entry into the Sweepstakes.
- When the Participant enters the Sweepstakes online at the Sweepstakes Site, the Participant can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails from Sponsor.
- The Participant can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time and opting-in does not impact the Participant’s chances of winning.

Entry Limit: Limit One (1) Entry per person, per household or address, per email address, regardless of entry method. Entries may only be submitted by individual entrants. Group entries will not be accepted. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically produced requests are not allowed and will not be accepted. All entries received in excess of the entry limit will be disqualified. All entries must be fully and accurately completed. Entrants must be the name by which the entry is made.

Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a 2 night trip for 4 to visit the San Diego Zoo. Trip includes:

- Economy Flight Accommodations (Airlines TBD) from origin, within the continental United States to San Diego, CA for up to four (4) people. Includes four (4) round-trip economy airline tickets for a flight from the U.S. commercial airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s home that is serviced by (Airlines TBD) to San Diego, California for the Grand Prize winner and his or her three (3) guests (“Travel Guests”) (however, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, Grand Prize winners who live within two hundred fifty (250) miles of San Diego may receive round trip ground transportation to San Diego (in a mode to be determined by Sponsor) in lieu of airline tickets). The airline tickets will be issued with an expiration date of 5/31/15. Approximate Retail Value: $2,000.00.

- One (1) Prize Certificate valid for standard hotel accommodations for up to four (4) people for up to two (2) nights in San Diego, California (single room, quadruple occupancy) (the “Hotel Prize Certificate”). The Hotel Prize Certificate will be issued with an expiration date of 5/31/15. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservations prior to their attendance in order for the Hotel Prize Certificate to be valid. Subject to seasonal availability and blackout dates. Certain restrictions will apply and accommodations will be selected at SDZ Global’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value: $600.00.

- One (1) Prize Certificate valid for an Inside Look Tour at the San Diego Zoo (“Zoo”) for up to four (4) people to include same day San Diego Zoo 1-Day Pass admission (the “Zoo Prize Certificate”). The Zoo Prize Certificate will be issued with an expiration date of 5/31/15. The Grand Prize winner will need to make advance reservations prior to his or her attendance in order for the Zoo Prize Certificate to be valid (instructions will be included on the Zoo Prize Certificate). Certain restrictions will apply and final content of the Inside Look Tour experience will be at SDZ Global’s sole discretion. Not valid for prior reservations, in conjunction with other SDZ Global offers, discounts, special ticketed events, attractions, pass programs, advanced sale tickets, online tickets, or SDZ Global Membership. Subject to seasonal availability and blackout dates. Age and certain other restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value: $484.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize winner and Three (3) Second Prize winners will be chosen by Sponsor in a random drawing held on or about the week of May 5, 2014 (the “Draw Date”) at a location designated by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor will notify potential winners by electronic mail or by telephone after the Draw Date.
