You won't get the points till after your statement posts, IF you get the miles at all. A lot of people, myself included, met the spend and haven't received the points yet.
My points just posted on AA today, one day after the 2nd statement closed. I didn't call or SM, I just waited. The fee and credit had posted with the first statement, the miles were showing as not reported to AA, they did show as earned on the 1st statement. Now I have until Monday to close the card and get the fee back.
Those of you who closed by phone, which number did you use? One of the WIKI numbers or the number on the card?
