Rather than the time needed for an international to domestic transfer in DRW, I'd be more worried about reliability of the DIL-DRW flight. There aren't alternative options so if for example there is a storm in DIL the flight will be delayed or cancelled.

Unless it is on one ticket, or willing to take a risk, I'd plan for a stopover in DRW.
