Up to 100k miles Citi Executive AAdvantage offers [Read the wiki before posting]
I have read the wiki and searched the forum but don't see consensus. I'm getting close to my spend and want to push over the top with a $2500 Paypal charge. Is that allowed or disallowed? I know the fees are high but for 100k I am happy to do it. Are there limits on how much Paypal one can do? Or is it treated as a cash advance? Thanks in advance.
