Agreed. 10 extra points is worth maybe 4 cents. So a 4% bonus on your stay, until they devalue your stash again. Hardly worth crossing the street for, IMO. Plus you have to take time to verify that your selected hotel is participating.

I'll believe it when someone receives it and posts evidence here. Always heretofore, as I recall, it's a bonus equal to base points only.
