Two different things; the seat retrofit and powerport installation requires an aircraft to be out of service (so far 17 of 94 aircraft are done) whereas the streaming IFE servers can be installed overnight. Those haven't begun yet.
I guess I wasn't clear, not the first time.. It sounds like we are on the same page then.... The servers can be installed overnight so they will roll those out fleet wide at the same time?
