I've not seen anyone suggest Iceland Air yet. Their premium economy comes in at around GBP900 for a decent product, and economy for GBP500. It means you can have a day stopover in Iceland and visit either Reykjavik or the Blue Lagoon in Keflavik, which, in my opinion, is one place everyone should see if they can. It also breaks up the TATL flight, so even though the economy seat is fairly standard you're not in it for long. I found the FA's and the food to be good.
