That would be in the details of the agreement between US and Air Whiskey, which usually aren't made public. However, since US was in BK2 when that agreement was reached, it's probably available somewhere on the net or SEC filings. I'd just guess that they will be phased out since those planes were phased in as UA phased them out.

Yeah, wasn’t sure if there was a typical pre-defined exit clause, such as allowing a linear reduction over x months.
To go back on topic, I found
this page saying that the fleet is getting new leather interiors over the next two years. Not sure when that notice first appeared or how reliable that uncited note is, but it was last updated April 7, 2013, so we should be at least halfway through.
