Yeah I think they might have changed how easy it was to switch between BB and Serve recently. I was able to switch back and forth once or twice within a couple of hours but now they send you a different email than before. Before they would send out an email saying that your account was going to be reviewed but now they immediately send out an email saying that they cannot approve you for an account because you have an existing BB/Serve account. The Serve APS can't even see the application you submit for some reason.
