With the ZW contract up next year, assuming US/AA doesn't renew it, how do they phase out the 71 planes? Do they remove them over a period of 6-12 months, or is it a sudden 71 plane removal from the fleet?

EDIT: Asking as they do ~90% of the Canada flying for US currently.
