During the last strike I had the impression that rebooking etc. was handled in the same way as on the regular line. Interpret this as you may, some may say: not their cup of then
Maybe I was just lucky, but getting through to an agent was much faster than on any other line. My guess is that calls just get answered quicker, but by the same agents. Can anyone confirm?
