With only one infant you can only select one bassinet seat. If another passenger with an infant books they can select the other bassinet seat.

At T-72 unallocated bassinet positions become available for anyone to book.

If you do nothing, you will stay as you are and someone may select 12F or it may stay free.
If you select seats again from T-72 then you can reasign one to 12F.
