Waiting list seems consistent with my experience enroling. Added my name on June 12 and received the invitation July 11.
Circles currently staffs one overnight Text Concierge, if that provides any indication of the population size. For some reason, Circles/Sodexho doesn't highlight SMS capabilities on its website.
Just hope with the way Platinum Requests responded to @tangfish that American Express recognizes how valuable this service is and maintains the program ^ ^ ^
I finally got around to calling back in to see if they will add me. I had an agent who seemed to be able to get me signed up right away, but we got disconnected. I called back in was added to the waiting list, so I will see what happens.
