I am going to assume you are travelling on a REWARDS SEAT? That is how the pre boarding works and only for the primary cardholder. Otherwise, regular boarding.

If you read the credit card Terms and Conditions you will see the point about a rewards seat. I can also access priority check-in with my MLL Worldwide Lounge Pass - but only if the agents work for AC.
