The relevant chart on the BA web site is unspecific but the mileage calculator gives 100% tier points on US Air flights, even for discount economy fares. For example, LAX-PHL earns 70 TPs.

Is it true ? I have a hard time to believe it, as it is not in line with AA's policy (50% tier points for discount economy).
