Do you know for sure that this language wasn't always there for the page reached by that link?
Are you looking at the "Citi Disclosures" box that begins with the APR, and then scrolling down? Or are you finding this somewhere else?
I don't know what's in the Wiki on your FT website, but the Wiki on mine does not have that "not available" language in the top link. It only has the language about "new accounts" that I posted earlier.
