Thanks... Now I know it's mochi I'll get going again tonight :-).

And those Hyatt's were very nice, especially Kyoto (for the service) and Fukuoka (for both the service and the room/lounge). But the rest wasn't bad either... although I'm a little sad about the breakfast in Tokyo compared to the rest.
