Cash or avios doesnt matter to me. I travel a lot in USA. Especially regional routes and the 4500 avios tickets help me a lot when the ticket prices are high and i have to plan a trip urgently. So i think avios will be more beneficial to me. I just mailed them that i am not satisfied with teh compensation and would like more of it. Should i give them a call or just communicate through email? They take days to reply to email and I am getting greedy now :P
