Hi all,

Sorry to make this thread but was wondering if anyone could share their experience.

I asked for a 2 week extension to my TP year as I had to change my Gold-qualifying flight from before the deadline to just after, and was told to call back after the TP posted to get them to make this change. When I called to do this I was told it would take 5-7 days. That was over a month ago now and nothing has happened... I called again after 2 weeks to enquire but was just told that they'll get around to it. I know that BA are doing me a favour by granting this extension and I don't want to be a pest, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a long wait in this situation?
