I think I'd take solace in the fact that this person wasted their SWU, I mean using it on DFW-SEA on a 737?...on the other hand if she has these to burn and doesn't care about using them on more fruitful routes not sure why she had to wait until so close to departure time to cash it in, I think that is another bad move you get the only seat available in F vs. picking a better seat. And on top of that hopefully she didn't get her meal choice either.
