Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Im surprised the service charge on a international AA is just $2.5..
I am booking an US-Mexico ticket and the taxes are approx $26 for outward and $62 for inward..
The cancellation fee i believe is $55.. so if the taxes/service charge/etc you have paid is less than that, they will just keep that.. if it's more than $55, they will deduct $55 and return the rest..
so if you have paid $2.5, that's all they will charge you for cancellation.. they won't charge your credit card any additional amount when you cancel..
