Total lack of accountability or responsibility
I'm really not sure who is running this place. Failures can be overlooked if there is an effort made to recover. This property seems to have absolutely no interest in recovering from their failure.
I arrived at this property on a Tuesday evening and stayed until Saturday morning at 5AM.
First, an envelope was mailed to me. It arrived on Wednesday. I inquired about it on Wednesday and also on Friday. I was told that it hadn't arrived. I informed the mailer who checked online and saw that it had arrived. She called the property and magically, the envelope suddenly appeared.
On Wednesday morning I sent two shirts and a pair of pants I use for traveling to the laundry. I filled in the form, and handed the bag, with the form inside to the front desk. On Thursday evening I inquired at the front desk and was handed a box with my laundry. Saturday morning as I was packing I opened the box and found that the pants were missing. The slip with charges from the laundry service clearly showed the charges for the shirts and the pants. However, no pants.
When I went down to check out I inquired about the pants. The front desk attendant searched several places and could not find the pants. Why they would possibly be in more than a single place I don't understand. She took my details and said someone would be in touch.
I waited a week and heard from nobody. So I called the property and explained to the woman who answered what had happened. She took my phone number and email address. And nothing. No response now after another week has passed.
