1A-C have as much space as you want for legs, but...
1A is often cold feet
1C view of toilet, and people standing in way
1D-F have a fixed bulkhead, while you get more space than normal, depends on you sit, can't stretch legs out like under seat in front when using exit row.
no seat on easyjet reclines, so don't worry about that.
the advantage of row 1 is disembarking first, can save time if you have only cabin bag.
if leg space is priority, taller people tend to take exit row or 1A-C
