It doesn't matter who sets the limit, what matters is the limit. It's probably safe to assume that the load limit with Serve will be the same as BB.
You dont need to assume anything, the card load limits have been in effect since day 1 of the card and has nothing to do with walmart or CVS. Since it was 1K before while loading at CVS, it is still 1K now loading at walmart, like the other poster said the limits are not set by the store doing the loading but the card itself, which means its ALWAYS been 1K a day. Now that it loads at walmart does not change that.
