As always, it always depends on your family and what you want to do, but there are some other pretty good uses of Club Carlson points in this part of the world. I just booked to take my family to the Radisson in Aruba on points, but if you don't want to head there consider beach destinations in the US, NYC, Orlando, Mall of America, etc.
