I placed an order via Barclay Rewards Boost using my Barclay Arrival. Order rejected / not processed. At the same time I got a Barclay fraud alert e-mail. I logged into my Barclay account on a second browser and acknowledged the transaction as my own. I had the Amex page still open as it was asking for a second attempt, so I used the same Barclay Arrival and the second time it was successful, although, I'll see if it actually processes completely soon.
Anyone have this happen as I'm curious now I have two $3009.95 pending charges on my Barclay that I can see immediately. I know one will drop of course (or both if this doesn't process completely), but i'm curious how the second charge was applied as the total of those two charges (along with other current charges) exceeds my CL... Anyone experience a similar situation? Just curious how it plays out...
