I see. Since we're no longer on EMV, what has you LTE experience been in US and overseas? I find LTE to be great, but so is HSPDA+. The fastest carriers for me are Verizon (e.g. San Francisco) and T-Mobile (DC). It's amazing how fast the speeds are for aw device in your hand, much faster than even I need. I haven't used LTE much outside the US, other than Brazil and western Europe and found it to be comparable to the US in speed and much more expensive in price.
I don't have a device that can do overseas LTE, but I did find that HSDPA in Australia (Vodafone) was "good enough". I have Sprint in the US and I get around 15 megabits down and 5 up max if I'm in an LTE area. Usually it's closer to 10, but that's also "good enough". The main issue is that we pay a lot for what we actually get compared to other countries.
