Okay now I get it, answering my own question.

At CLE this morning my family all got waves into PRE even though only I have GS and a child got it for being young

I liked getting the PRE treatment but the line took much longer with all the non PRE folks getting waved in.

But is this a WN forum issue? WN shares a terminal with DL at CLE after all
