Who really cares!!! Ua has outsourced most foreign airports. Just departed Zurich and Paris last week with excellent service and all swissport employees. Today departed GSP will irrops and the contacted employees (AA) did a quick and excellent job.
Remember most every chain hotel (Hilton, Marriott, Westin ext.are franchised and do not have corporate employees) and the service is still just fine.
My concern is that UA will not be able to retain the incumbent workforce. Depending on the contract terms, the most experienced folks could walk.
