Programs: American and Southwest. Hilton, Marriott, IHG - whichever is rated well and cheapest

For the first time that I have been there, MDW had a true dedicated Pre-check lane. I literally never stopped walking from the time of entering the TSA area and leaving it after being scanned. Regular lanes were quite backed up.
