The one where it failed was booked 2 hours before departure after the T-4 hour sweep so I narrowly missed. If I would have booked before the sweep, I would have cleared as the GA told me that two UPG2T cleared.

That being said, I am extremely careful on what flights I book and if it looks like I am not going to clear I go via ORD or DFW.
