Greetings.

Seeking some wisdom from UK-US frequent flyers. I usually head to the US for work in the Autumn but have cause to go end of June/beginning of July. Obviously, the fares are higher than in Oct/Nov.

Should I book now or hold out in the hope that there is some discount available in the coming weeks? I might need to go to New York and definitely to Las Vegas.....but I could fly into any hub and take a regional flight, if necessary.

Reason I ask is my company (unnamed FTSE 100 outfit) are really squeezing travel. Basically, no Business flying and even Premium Economy is hard to get now, with default travel class being Economy for everything. Need all the help i can get to have WT+ approved...with all the TP/Avios benefits that brings, plus the chance to bump myself to CW.

Also, if I get WT+ approved this time, I get back to Silver....

Any advice appreciated!
