They do, the cookies rotate. I've had chocolate chip, double chocolate, oatmeal raisin, white chocolate and cranberry, and one that had white chocolate and blueberries (IIRC). In my experience there's always one chocolate chip and one alternating cookie, YMMV.
I'm always willing to take additional cookies
