Eligibility: To enter, you must be:

(1) 21 years of age or older;
(2) not an employee, officer, director or agent of Morris Visitor Publications, LLC (the "Sponsor"), or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries or advertising/promotion agencies (collectively "Sponsor and Its Affiliates and Related Individuals"); and
(3) not an immediate family member or living in the same household of any individual identified in (2) above. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How To Enter: To enter, you must visit the Where Magazine website at www.wheretraveler.com (the "website") and electronically transmit a completed account registration form to Sponsor. Incomplete registrations are void.

- To constitute a complete account, you must fill out all required fields.
- Automated voting of any kind is not allowed.
- Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
- Only one registered account per voter.
- If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

Grand Prize (1): Travel Package consists of:

- Lodging for 2 guests in one (1) double room for two (2) consecutive nights in Oahu (Park Shore Waikiki, and Aqua boutique hotel); and
- Three (3) consecutive nights in Kauai (Aqua Kauai Beach Resort);
- With airfare up to, but not exceeding, USD $400.00 per guest.

NOTES: Trip must be completed within 6 months of notification and is non-transferable or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation given. Travel dates are subject to availability, blackout periods and restrictions. Once travel arrangements are made, no changes will be permitted. All travel must be from the major airport nearest to the winner's U.S. residence and the winner will be responsible for any travel to and from that airport. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Winner and traveling companions will be responsible for securing passports, photo I.D. or other travel documents required for travel. Scheduling of accommodations is subject to availability. Sponsor may satisfy its prize delivery obligations through delivery of gift certificates or vouchers for the travel package components. All vouchers and/or gift certificates are subject to any and all restrictions stated on thereon.

- Verifiable retail value of the Travel Package is USD $599 per person. Actual retail value may vary based on currency fluctuation and timing of trip. Any difference between that verifiable retail value and the actual costs of the prize will not be awarded.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected at random on or about June 1, 2014. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.
