Just a Sunday night thought,

Do you think it would be a good idea if BA introduced 'interest' rates on avios like in a bank. Say for example they set interest earning rates for each exec club tier e.g. 1% bronze 2% silver 3% gold and 4% GGL.

I think it would be a bit of fun for the exec club members but also I think that it would encourage people from other airlines over to BA?

What do you guys think?
