Re HEL security fast track. I have not heard the bit about fast track for OWEs, I can enquire next time I'm there. Should you be on a codeshare ticket operated by AY, whether in J or Y, you will be entitled to use security fast track.
If not, there's a second security queue in the older section of the building with a *much* shorter queue.
