after u log in to iberia plus, click on "See balance and movements" to see the date of the last activity. according to the faq list, transfers do not count.

The regulation establishes that your Avios account should have at least one movement (obtaining or using Avios) within 36 months from the last operation in order to avoid the entire Avios balance from expiring. The issuing or reception of Avios transferred is not considered an activity.
