I have sat in both seats, and the 767-300 wins hands down. I slid right down the 757 seat when it was reclined and I was basically holding myself up with my feet. Did not like it and I did not like the A330-300 reclining seat at the time either. Had to sit up straight the whole time from LAX-NRT. Think you've got the birds reversed. The A330 is (well, used to be) the angled lie flat seats where you slide down towards your feet. The 757 is the recliner. Much like a lazy boy... there's no real way to slide out of them. The trick with the A330s was to back off the full recline just a little bit and make them more like the 757 recliners.
