I was recently injured on a plane after we landed. Paramedics were called--3 came, two suits from UA showed up, one HPD officer. I was hurting too much to ask for names. After I was checked out by the paramedics, given ice packs, and declined transport to a hospital, everyone quietly left while I was finishing up with the EMT. I'm sure there was plenty of paperwork about it, but I'll never see any of it. They don't give you a copy. With all the fuss and activity, all I got from UA was <crickets>.
