This is news to me. So as a datapoint, you switched to Isis without first closing your existing Serve account, and you still received the case rebate and the $500/$1500 limits? Did you just buy the case and sign up for Isis and then link it to your existing Serve, without any CSR assistance?
Yes. Closed the old normal Serve online first, and then signed up through Isis app again. Later, call Serve customer service to get the verification email. Done in 20 mins. I didn't have to buy any case since I'm using Android with NFC. Also, no, this is very easy, and I don't see a reason needing a CSR assistance.
