Using router in a hotel

I just purchased the Belkin Dual-Band travel Router and have a question I can seem to find an answer to.

When setting up the router you plug the hotel cable into the router. No issues here. Then log into the network using my laptop, no issue again. My question is when logging into most hotel networks you are required to log into their homepage and use the password provided once every 24 hours. Where/how does that step occur with a travel router.

Seems to me if i have to log in with each device I will be paying for the extra connections.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks
