I must comment, that I am most impressed with the response from Hai Binh at VJ. First rate attention to a problem, which seems they have resolved. Very pro-active. Congratulations VJ. Let this be a lesson to ALL carriers, be they LCC or Full Service, to monitor customer problems. Again, highly impressed with VJ's (Hai Binh's) attention and solution.
