MMB is sometimes misleading in that respect: you get the TPs and Avios relating to the cash fare, but one many upgrades MMB shows the TPs and Avios at the higher amount. You won't in reality get these (except very occasionally if you are irrop'd and the ticket agent has to force you into a revenue bucket). I don't think you can combine UUA and GUF2, and in any case the principle is that you get the TPs and Avios for the revenue side of the booking, with the exception of AUP added to a redemption, when you are supposed to get nothing.
