One thing that I hadn't understood previously is that Diamonds get 4 drink vouchers in total for their stay (regardless whether one night or much longer). This seems a bit mean for longer stays.
I never understand the logic of "per stay" amenities, whether it's drinks, laundry or other services. Many hotels offer such extras which favour shorter stay guests by definition.
