In my case my credit card info was definitely submitted and the deadline reset to same day 00:00 (bookings with credit card info and sent to ticketing have deadline time reset to 00:00 of the day of confirmation).

Not sure about OP's case, but agent confirmed the ticket was booked and confirmed. Not sure if they cannot process and tried to call back OP but had wrong info.
