The meal you posted put up is NOT edible during passover by anyone who observes passover (even if you aren't generally concerned about Kosher)

As a side note - I did get an acceptable Kosher for Passover meal on my MIA-LGA flight earlier this week (did have a Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy napkin in it - but that was just entertaining).
I always send my kids with food, just in case. (16 and 19 years old, AMS-BOS and AMS-DTW-BTV respectively).

If previous trends prevail; my complaint usually yields a credit voucher of $100 per ticket. I never ask for anything; I just bring to their attention that catering messed up, and that it's quite a few days since the start of Passover.
