Requesting wheelchair for the first time for some elderly travelers. Called DL and requested it on the phone but still have some questions:

- Is it really that simple as making a phone call? Met someone who said he had to give a doctors certificate or so? Asked the agent and she said no.
- The origin is BOM - how good/dependable are they?
- The return is on AF - would the DL request flow through or should I talk to AF as well?
- The agent asked if they need help getting into the aircraft and out of it. I said yes, but would this mean that they would be the last to get out? I think they can manage to get into and out of the aircraft, so can change it.
